I’m proud to be supporting the Welsh Air Ambulance, a service that truly makes the difference between life and tragedy. They reach even the most remote corners of Wales, providing urgent, life-saving care when every second matters.

Backing this cause means more than funding a helicopter—it means helping to keep a lifeline in the sky. A lifeline that turns critical moments into second chances and delivers hope when it's needed most.

To show my commitment, I’m taking on not just one, but two major challenges to help raise funds:

🏃‍♂️ Cardiff Half Marathon – I’ll be pushing myself through 13.1 miles to show that every step can help save lives.

🥾 50-Mile Walk (September 13th) – A gruelling journey from the mountains to the sea, testing endurance, determination, andquite likely my sanity!! 😊
