ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

As Prostate Cymru Corporate Ambassador and after working with them for 8 years I wanted to celebrate with a challenge in 2025. That is why I have launched the 888 campaign with the Chair of our Board Sharon Lowrie. 

I will be looking to lose 8 stone by the end of 2025. I am currently 6.5 stone down!

In doing so, I want to raise £8,880 to contribute to the amazing work that Prostate Cymru does each year to raise awareness and help diagnose men in the UK.

Prostate Cancer is the leading cancer in Men in the UK with 1 in 8 of us being affected. Sharon wanted to support me on the campaign and by running the half marathon following her family exposure to prostate cancer when her dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer this year. He is, fortunately, now in recovery, and we would value any support you can provide to help Prostate Cymru.
